Leadership

Pastor Chad and Melody have serving at Highland Crest since 2009.  Chad first served in the role of Associate Pastor, and then in 2019 stepped in as Lead Pastor.  Chad & Melody have 5 boys:  Abraham, Elijah, Joshua, Moses & Titus

Bill & Kim have been members of Highland Crest for many years. They have two daughters, Abbey & Sadie. Bill is an engineer for Georgia Pacific and recently reduced his hours, anticipating future retirement. He felt the Lord leading him to use his "extra time" to minister to the needs at the church and to assist the pastor with ministry and administration tasks. The Czajas (pronounced Chai-ya) have taught 4th-5th grade Sunday school for over 25 years at HCBC. Bill also oversees the finance team, serves as an usher and deacon, and occasionally helps out in the nursery!
